It’s important not to take on or to attempt to implement ALL of these CHOOSE ONE NEW ONE TO START FOR 7 DAYS & ONE TO DEVELOP. Experiment with ones that appeal to you first, be consistent before you chuck them out or make your judgement – After 7-10 days of consistent application ask yourself how do you feel? Have you felt more present in the moments of life?
